Caught in the middle
Of everyone else’s pain?
Of everyone, everything,
All of their suffering,
Everyone else’s mistakes.
I’m caught in the drama,
The continuous trauma,
Of everyone else’s mistakes.
The liars, the fakers,
The secret oath breakers,
The cheaters, the bleeders,
The neediest needers,
The selfish, the greedy,
The continually seedy,
I’m stuck and I just can’t
escape.
